The 65-story E11EVEN Residences Beyond tower in Park West has had its first glass installed, according to a photo by Joel Franco.
The tower is planned to top off at 699 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level.
It will include around 558 residential units, 7,119 square feet of bar or lounge space, and 21,611 square feet of retail.
Two E11EVEN towers are under construction on the same block, both being built at an identical 65-story, 699-foot height.
The first E11EVEN tower had its first glass installed around this same time last year, and topped off in February.
