First Glass Installed At 65-Story Tower Under Construction In Park West

The 65-story E11EVEN Hotel & Residences under construction across from the Park West club has had its first glass installed.

Groundbreaking for the tower took place in November 2021, with a foundation pour in June 2023.

When complete, the tower will have 449 residences, 36,852 square feet of commercial space, 2,049 square feet of office space, and four floors of parking garage.

The developers are building three towers on the same block.

The second 65-story tower is called E11EVEN Residences Beyond with 550 residential units, along with office, commercial, retail and parking. Groundbreaking took place in June 2023.

The third tower will rise 44 stories, and is called West Eleventh Residences. Construction permitting is underway.

Does anyone know when Legacy will restart construction?

Glad to see new beautiful streetscapes around the metro mover stops!

Would be even more beautiful without their giant flyovers, and at-grade streetcars instead.

Flyovers are the most modern and beautiful part – ground rail is so basic, loud and blocks pedestrian flow and causes traffic backup.

More flyovers!! We love the futuristic vibe it gives our city. Besides, at-grade streetcars would just cause more traffic.

Too bad NYC has hundreds of thousands of buildings better than even Miami’s best.

I know it’s temporary, but something has to be done about those locusts who bomb all the construction fencing with graffiti. Same with the a**holes who plaster signs and lamposts with stickers.

Don’t be a Karen, Miami is an artistic city, if you don’t like it you can leave, Karen’s and NIMBY’s are not welcome here.

Think about how many beautiful old buildings were there before they were all leveled for asphalt parking lots.

Beautiful tower. So if the second 11 broke ground in 2023 their first glass won’t happen till 2026
