First Glass Installed At Aston Martin Residences, Which Will Become Miami’s Second Tallest Tower

Aston Martin Residences has had its first glass windows installed.

Lots more glass is coming – plans show that the tower will have lots of it on all sides of the building.

Aston Martin Residences is being built on what some have called the most expensive acre in Miami, at the mouth of the Miami River.

When complete, the tower will become the second tallest in Miami at 816 feet above ground. It will include around 66 stories.

Completion is scheduled for 2022.

Never understood regular people buying in these high end overpriced condos, you are almodt guaranteed to lose when buying new. People with fu money buying a pad for a trust fund baby dont care, but a regular person??

For the life of me I will never understand why someone paid $125 million for a single acre which is not even the best waterfront spot of Miami. One Miami is located on a better spot than Aston Martin or All of Edgewater for that matter. Don’t get me wrong, the building is very nice looking but I hope they are successful and make some money on this project if not recoup their investment back.

Either way, when it comes to this project, you won’t lose a dime of your money no matter what happens with it.

They should demolish One Miami and start all over. That is one location Related wished they could have back.

My thoughts exactly on the 1 Miami. On the north of AM, residences will face the Met condo until a certain height. Well it could be worse – Porsche & Turnberry towers in SIB, that’s awful for those 2 nice buildings to be that damn close.

You read my mind about about the 1Miami!

… And that is why you are not an crazy-rich developer sitting in your mansion while the help waxes your Bugatti. They are part of the 5%, we are not.

No need to be a genius to know what will happen with this project! They are going down! Too expensive, too little sales and crisis coming with a large chunk of clients Who won’t close! It looks exactly like the financials of Aston Martin not good, blowing money waiting for someone to buy out! Not looking good!

If they do, then it will be gridlock 24/7. That Epic driveway is always packed. Don’t know how anyone could live there.
