Sunny Isles Beach we have been here ever since 1990 and we are owners of apartments on the beach is amazing , ask me why it’s being built and I will tell you , if you are not super rich don’t bother you need giant money to live well in Sunny Isles and they don’t call it Florida’s Riviera this is our South of France ! Bring money bags and you will love it here!

This is one of the best places in Florida and maybe even the country for a combination of skyscrapers, lifestyle, beaches, shopping, having fun, making money, and food. Cheers to progress and hopefully they build out the rest of the city! Maybe it will one day resemble Upper East Side! Except with taller and nicer looking buildings!

I agree with you Jesus. A lot of people call the place “boring” but Sunny Isles is where I would like to be.

I live here. It s a dead zone. No action, condos aren’t even close to being filled, Collins Ave is a nightmare. The only reason to own something down here is if u r super rich and stay in your 4 million plus condo a few weeks out of the year. Oh, and it also helps to be multi lingual. Russian is the first language. Other than that go for it.

Well didn’t you know all about those things before you brought anything in that city?

The money is already made, as 100% of the buyers of these condos are already super wealthy.

I lived in Sunny Isles for Three years. It was peaceful, yet the ability to stay on Collins and go to the grocery store, to go restaurants, go to the dog parks, drive south to Miami Beach’s Nightlife was super seamless. Traffic was only a burden on Memorial day thruogh Haulover. The drive south on Collins was entertaining. People watching and evening lit buildings were eye candy. Never really had to leave Collins other than work, Brickell, and Aventura Mall. I think Sunny Isles is right in the middle of comfort (boring to some), convenient (proximity), with a hint of fun. The beaches are never overwhelmed also. My opinion!

The Next Miami should really look into making a mobile app.

Would be a great thing to create and very popular.
