First Look Inside Paraiso Bay, Where Closings Are Now Underway

Related Group has started closings at the 53-story Paraiso Bay condo tower.

The first condo units began closing yesterday. The building’s 345 condos are 100% sold out, according to Related President Carlos Rosso.

Completion took about 45 months, with site work getting underway in July 2014. It is part of a four-tower complex with over 1,300 units.

Buyers are getting balconies that are over 8 feet deep. They will also have access to an “incredible” pool deck fronting Biscayne Bay, along with membership to Amara Beach Club & Restaurant managed by Michael Schwartz.

Arquitectonica designed the building, with interior design by Keith Hobbs of London.

Traffic. Traffic. Wait until the buyers try to leave the site and go southbound on Biscayne Blvd!

They’ll surely be driving a better vehicle than what you drive.

Last time I checked a Mercedes can get stuck in traffic just as easy as a honda civic so….

Yeah, but the drivers of those Mercedes are not worried about you being in southbound traffic on Biscayne Blvd driving a Honda Civic.

The inside of the units are terrible. I’ve seen a few and the developer installed the most basic cheap finshes in very narrow units with paper thin walls. It’s a shame that all of these buyers were scammed and sold on completely false renderings. There is going to be a lot of very unhappy people closing on these units.

It looks like a building from the 70s that was remodeled. Terrible.
