First Look Inside Ultra-Luxury Muse Sunny Isles Tower

In Sunny Isles, the 649-foot Muse condo tower was completed in June, and buyers have been steadily closing on their new units since then.

County records show that 28 condos out of 68 units built have been closed in the past two months.

On the MLS, there are nine units listed for resale, ranging in price from $2.8m to $18.9m. The least expensive unit includes 2,366 square feet of living area, giving it an asking price of nearly $1200 per square foot.

Units include features such as private elevators, high-tech smart home technology, and 14-foot ceilings.

The project was developed by PMG and S2 Development. Sieger Suarez is the architect.

Sieger Suarez makes this for Sunny Isles, but for Downtown Miami, we get crap like Centro and BrickellHouse? Sad!

Different target market. Demographics in Sunny Isles are entirely different. The individuals in Sunny Isles have more disposable income than Downtown demographics. The majority of the buyers in Sunny Isles are 2nd home buyers; they are not full-time residents like downtown residents. Centro was built because there was a need for cheaper housing for young professionals. To construct a building like Muse is extremely expensive. They can easily build that in Downtown but who is going to pay $3mill to live in Downtown? Not many people… goodness, they can’t even sell condos at $600k right now in Downtown.

Man that bathroom I’m in love! Can I be someone’s roommate? all that I need access to is the balcony and ocean view bathroom!

Sunny Isles has won this cycle hands down.

Nice trappings but unit 3802 seems a tad expensive for lacking an ocean view.

All units are flow-through and, thus, have an ocean view.

Not true at all! No flow-through units unless you bought the whole floor.

Beautiful building.. For those prices it better have high end finishes. The first photo is a render so it’s not really a first look.

Personally, I prefer the carrara marble shown in the render than the one with stripes – and the seating area in the island as well.

Is there a lot of room for laundry in this development?
