At Brickell City Centre’s second (and more expensive) tower, the first owners have now taken title to their brand new condos.

Closing began in April at the project’s first tower, Reach, with hundreds of units already having been handed over.
At Reach, 349 out of 390 units have been sold (either closed or in contract with 50% down) as of August 16, with an average sales price in the mid $600s per square foot.
At Rise, 174 of 390 units have been sold, with a sales price in the high $600s per square foot.
