Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Coming To 600 Brickell

Brickell is getting another steakhouse.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse filed a request last week with Miami’s Planning Department for permission to have outdoor dining space at 600 Brickell Avenue, also known as Brickell World Plaza.

This will be the second Miami-area location for Fleming’s. In Coral Gables, the steakhouse has a 4.5 star ranking on Google reviews.

We should have a Pollo Tropical on Brickell.

I think that Flemings will be a nice addition to Brickell Ave. In my opinion, they are pretty much on par with Houston’s, if not a little better.

This location would have been perfect for a Houstons/Hillstone.

Now that you mention it, we need those kind of places in Brickell and Downtown

Why can’t we attract a “House of Blues” or a permanent Cirque show? Are we not worldly yet? Or do we lack the numbers?

A house of blues would be perfect for the wynwood area or in northern downtown.

We lack Culture mostly, mainly due to the deficiency of museums in this city. The interest from the miamians is there, the success of Wynwood & Art Basel is a perfect example, but other than that we lack permanent cultural centers! PAMM is a great building not a great museum( insufficiency in their Exhibitions). The WOLFsonian, and the BASS are too small…In other Words we need a Guggenheim or MoMa type museum to really expose the locals…Until then, we will continue to be cultured by events like ULTRA

Couldn’t agree more.

Absolutely right. I have often wondered how Bilbao of all places, pulled it off. We have lots of sports facilities and a couple of theaters, period. This is why I get so frustrated with those here that think we are a “world-class” city. I guess they don’t travel much.
