Florida Is The Top Destination In America, Study Says

More people are planning a move to Florida over any other state, according to a new study by LendingTree.

The company analyzed purchase mortgage loan requests for primary residents in the U.S. between October 2016 to October 2017. Overall, Florida ranked first.

Adjusted for population, Florida ranked second behind South Carolina. The least attractive states were South Dakota, California, Minnesota, North Dakota and Hawaii.

The study doesn’t include international migration, but Florida is also known to be among the top destinations for those moving from overseas.

This state doesn’t have the infrastructure to handle an increasing population.

At least south Florida will have a commuting fast train soon.
Hope the next Governor will be someone from a large metropolitan area, who understands better the concept of reliable public transportation.

Well…. Miami beaches current mayor has announced his running for governor … He didn’t do much for mainland to beach transport….so I hope it’s a younger forward thinking winner

It depends who you people choose, or rather what your party chooses. Remember, Northam and Murphy won by playing it safe, even with certain ridiculous ad backing the former.

I’m very happy to see my home state grow. Now I live in central Florida and there is plenty of land and space to accommodate more people. I hope to live long enough to see Florida become the #1 economy of the nation and Miami on the Top 3 US cities.

You’re talking about SPRAWL in central Florida. That is the opposite of what Florida should be doing.

Politically, it looks like we’ll continue to b a swing state with migration from liberal and conservative areas

The silly liberals dont seem to understand why they left their home states, high taxes and then they eventually turn those states more and more blue sadly and cause taxes to increase.
