Foundation Permit Applied For At Brickell Site Where 34-Story Tower Planned

A foundation permit is now in process for the Brickell site where the One Twenty Brickell Residences is planned.

The foundation permit application was filed with Miami-Dade on April 30, with no contractor yet attached.

One Twenty Brickell Residences is planned as a 34-story tower.

It will include 240 condos, delivered fully finished and furnished.

Over 60,000 square feet of residential amenities are planned, including a Wellness & Fitness center, pickleball court, kid’s club and gym, sky bar and lounge, and a cafe and juice bar.

An office component is also planned. Each residential condo buyer will be deeded over their own dedicated glass-paneled office space.

PMG is the developer. Sieger Suarez is the architect, with interiors by Cotofana Designs.

We need a really good Chinese or Thai restaurant (with good take out) and a good sub/sandwich shop that makes egg sandwiches. Why is this so hard to have here?

This is my top 3 favorite developments in Miami! The underline is transforming into a vibrant central promenade like Commonwealth Ave in Boston. This is a walkable paradise here!

Condo + separate office with floor-ceiling windows? All of that with a lined parking garage? This is the kinda development that we need

I’d love to see big squares with outside dining and gardens like Felice or Harry’s in the new tower in West Palm.

like the concept of the individual offices with condos but should have been taller due to proximity of metrorail/mover and have additional retail space
