A foundation pour for The Crosby at Miami Worldcenter was completed Friday night, according to Ryan RC Rea.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the 100% sold-out project took place in January.
The Crosby is planned tor rise 33 stories, or 390 feet, and include:
- 450 condo units (allowing short-term rentals)
- 22,000+ square feet of amenities
- rooftop bar and restaurant
- 3,370 square feet of retail
No new parking garage is being built, although residents will have access to parking elsewhere at Worldcenter.
