Another downtown Miami tower is set to begin vertical construction.
Grand Station Partners’ 31-story Parcel B tower reached two construction milestones this week that marks the start of a vertical climb.
Over the weekend, a tower crane was scheduled to be installed at the site, according to contractor L&R Structural.
Early this week, a foundation pour was also expected to be completed, L&R wrote on social media.
Parcel B will include 300 residential, apartments and 5,000 square feet of retail. The 31-story tower will top off at 322 feet above ground.
Related Group recently purchased a property across the street where they plan a 40-story micro-condo project with around 350 units.
