Fort Lauderdale’s Four Seasons Hotel & Residences has topped off at 22 stories.
The project will include 148 hotel rooms and 83 residential units.
More than 70% of units have already been sold, with prices starting at $3.6 million, the developer said today.
Kobi Karp is the architect. London-based Tara Bernerd and hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki are overseeing interior design, with Miami-based Fernando Wong in charge of landscape design.
Fort Partners is the developer, with Coastal Construction the contractor.
Completion is scheduled for later this year.
