Four Seasons Hotel & Residences In Fort Lauderdale Has Topped Off At 22 Stories

Fort Lauderdale’s Four Seasons Hotel & Residences has topped off at 22 stories.

The project will include 148 hotel rooms and 83 residential units.

More than 70% of units have already been sold, with prices starting at $3.6 million, the developer said today.

Kobi Karp is the architect. London-based Tara Bernerd and hospitality designer Martin Brudnizki are overseeing interior design, with Miami-based Fernando Wong in charge of landscape design.

Fort Partners is the developer, with Coastal Construction the contractor.

Completion is scheduled for later this year.

I support coverage of all major projects in the Miami metro area, not just the city of Miami.

It’s already getting there. A new hotel is being planned next to the courtyard. 3000 Alhambra Street is already in the planning phases, and should bring two 30 story, 300 ft condo towers on beach. AC hotel is opening in April. The Olakino House Condo was announced on Monday. A lot more coming soon

Don’t forget the new Bahia Cabana Hotel and Residence, the new addition to pier 66 of one 11 story hotel and two 11 story condos and townhomes. Then the Broward Convention Center and Hotel

yes i agree, broward needs an urban core, it looks like a bunch of disconnected and isolated suburbs and broward county residents are very happy with no public transportation

Pretty spread out to justify mass transit. Any real corridors?

Maybe, but Traffic’s a nightmare though. Cheers

just what ft Lauderdale didn’t need another high rise bldg for greedy investors. But I guess when you sit on the board anything is possible for the motwani family another foreign owner to treat americans like ahit. Should ask them to rehire the staff they lied to from both the tropic cat and waterfront inn hotel. Sad hope it burns

This is THE NEXT MIAMI. Broward is the Middle/Red headed stepchild of South Florida. No body wants to hear about sleepy Broward.

The largest county migrations in the U.S is from dade to broward so plenty want to hear about it.

I know you don’t wanna hear this but Biden was legally elected president!

Well I’ll entertain you…

By the Electoral College, sure. Based on ballots illegally distributed and processed because States bypassed their State Legislatures in direct violation of the Constitution to change election laws, and barred observers watching vote counts continue hours after the cutoff dates in direct violation of State laws they neglected to even change in their fraud scheme, no. If this wasn’t the case, you would be willing to allow an investigation and make us look like complete fools, as we did with your Russia hoax. Too bad in the next four years, Republican-controlled State Legislatures will really clean out house, and there will be no coronavirus as an excuse.

So enjoy your lemon socialist charade while you can, because if Trump was truly done for, Democraps wouldn’t be wasting time desperately trying to impeach him a week before leaving office, and cannot by law bar him from it after the fact. The best you have is “muh tax returns” while every Democrat career politician is living in multiple mansions way beyond anything they reported earning in their life, because it’s all from under the table, or at least “ten held for the big guy” from China.

Ha!.. whoever you are, you’re funny.

So you mean to tell me, with all those devious voter fraud schemes you say the Democrats were using, the U.S. President, a man with all that power at his disposal, couldn’t produce one shred of evidence in one of those courtrooms that he stacked with federal judges, to prove his case?

No wonder U.S. Attorney William Barr said it’s time to get out of this Looney Tune Band.
