Furniture In Place At Panorama Tower’s Hyatt Centric Brickell

Hyatt Centric Brickell appears to be closer to opening at Panorama Tower, the tallest building in Florida.

Yesterday (2/28), workers were installing Hyatt signage on the front of the building. Balcony furniture was also visible.

The hotel occupies levels 2 through 19 of the 85-story tower. It will include 202 rooms, and have a Havana theme.

Well, at least the sidewalk is wider than 3 feet.

Miami 21 doesn’t care about pedestrians.

Shockingly this project wasn’t built under Miami 21, but under a dozen year old carryover approval of the prior building code, and lacks all the positive street level features created by Miami 21. Shame on Tibor and the City for perpetuating this fraud on Miami. And he’s going to do it again at the site across the street. Cheers

Good use of a wrapper for a 20 level garage podium. Cheers

I prefer to stay at the Hyatt Centric at 100 Los Olas in Ft. Lauderdale. Only 795 a night, on the New River.
