Galwan Finally Gets Approval To Build 43-Story Hotel Across From Mary Brickell Village

Brazilian developer Galwan has received approval from Miami’s Planning Department for a 43-story hotel across from Mary Brickell Village.

Approval was granted last week, about ten months after the application was first submitted to the department. The project includes a 43-story hotel on a small lot.

When completed the hotel will have 520 rooms, making it the biggest in Brickell.

Arquitectonica is the project architect.
