A mixed-use project called Gateway at Wynwood is planned across from the stalled Walmart site in Midtown Miami.
The proposal includes:
- 12-stories, totaling 464,700-square-feet of space
- 184,300 square feet of office space
- 33,750 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space
- 574 parking spaces
The project is scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board at a meeting today (3/15.)
2994 NMA Gateway Properties LLC, an affiliate of Aron Rosenberg’s New York based R&B Realty is the developer.
