AAF is interested in purchasing the City of Miami Police headquarters site, about seven acres. This will be interesting…

Where will the Police HQ relocate to?

A bid will go out to developers for a new Police headquarter building. Proceeds from the sale of the downtown location will help offset the costs of the new building..

Oh nice. Maybe they can relocate to where the administration offices are moving (tbd) and Adler and AAF will pay for it.

I’d really like to see something happen with the USPS block right next door too.

Little by little, Miami is transforming into a beautiful internationally known city. With “One thousand museum”, “Panaroma tower”, “Miami world center”, “Echo Brickell”, newly opened “Brickell Citi Centre”, “Perez-Art museum”, “Patrica and Frost science museum”, Skyrise (maybe), “Brickell Heights”, “American Dream Miami”, etc, Miami will continue to hold its strong position as city with the 3rd largest (prettiest) skyline in the U.S, but most importantly, hold its name as the Magic city where people have come and continue to come from all over the world in order to seek freedom from an injustice government. — I can’t wait for All aboard Florida to be completed and I can’t wait to see what other ideas we can come up with in order to help our traffic concerns. And let me tell you, an “underground tunnel” doesn’t sound too bad either. Miami, let’s get this show on the road and let’s show the world that we aren’t just going to reach for the sky but we’re going to reach for heaven (if the FAA permits it of course), lol. #idontliketheFAA

Very sleek tower, but those multi color towers on the 3rd photo have to go.

That’s the Overtown Transit Village. They’re office towers and only 11 years old. Not going anywhere.

Which ‘GROCER’ is going to occupy that space??? Anyone have info on why this hasn’t been announced? If a deal was in-place they would have started building-out that space already – STRANGE.
