Goldman Properties wants to build an eight-story parking garage in Wynwood.
If approved, the garage will be built down the block from Zak The Baker, on a 36,250-square-foot lot at 301 Northwest 26th Street. The garage will span the full corner of the block, and have frontage on Northwest 3rd Avenue and Northwest 27th Street.
In addition to 428 parking spaces, the proposal also calls for 20,594 square feet of ground floor retail, along with 23,618 square feet of office space located on the top floor.
Goldman is promising to cover the garage with artwork. Miami’s Urban Design Review Board will review the plans at a meeting next month.
