Grand Station Partners Gets Utilities For 31-Story Apartment Tower Near Brightline Station

Another apartment tower is moving through the development pipeline near Brightline’s MiamiCentral station

Grand Station Partners signed a deal with the county this month to provide utilities for a proposed 31-story apartment tower, to be built on Miami Parking Authority land.

Last year, the developer gained UDRB approval for the apartment complex, designed by Zyscovich Architects and Frances Anillo Toledo. Apartment sizes would range from 450 to 875 square feet.

According to the utilities deal, 300 units are to be added, matching the plans submitted last year.

Since it’s on public land let’s hope some if not all units are priced for “affordable housing.”

369 parking spaces?

There is no place in the county with more transit and we are building a parking garage at the base with that many spots?

There is no leadership.

THE 369 parking spaces are existing, read before you speak.

Nope, this is the proposed building… 369 spaces. Right there on the plans, page 8 and page 9.

That’s in addition to the existing 840 parking garage.

Dude , same commenting in all post, change the subject, I bet that you own a car and have your parking spot somewhere. get real, in Miami you need a car, if you have a car, you need a parking spot where to park.

I wouldn’t even call that a park. There isn’t even a bench in sight.

It’s better maintained and has nicer trees and walkways than 90% of the parks in Miami

Just go to the one next door at the children’s court house when you feel the need to play in the grass.
