In Broward County, Gulfstream Park Tower has halted sales after selling preconstruction condo units at prices that may not have been profitable to build at.
Sales at the project have been halted, and a report listed the project as cancelled. That was despite the fact that over 80% of units at the tower had been sold as of late last year.
Construction costs have risen in Miami, as contractors struggle to find enough workers during the boom.
If it had been built, the 26-story tower would have included 182 units. Behar Font & Partners of Coral Gables was the architect.
