Harvey Hernandez’s Newgard Plans Office Tower, Hotel At Worldcenter

Harvey Hernandez is planning a 250,000-square foot office tower at Miami Worldcenter, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

Hernandez’s Newgard Development is also set to announce the brand name of a hotel that he plans to build at Worldcenter. The announcement will come early next year.

The paper also detailed how Paramount at Miami Worldcenter is targeting Chinese buyers.

The developer plans to open a sales center in Shanghai early next year, and has been sending a sales representative to Beijing and Shanghai at least once a month. They have also hired a feng shui consultant to design interiors according to Chinese custom.
