Here’s A list Of All 14 Towers Planned, Completed, Or Under Construction At Miami Worldcenter (Photos)

There are now a total of at least 14 towers planned, completed, or under construction at Miami Worldcenter.

As of this week, there are three towers under construction at Miami Worldcenter, new drone photos by Aaron DeMayo show.

All three of the under-construction towers have broken ground within the past 12 months.

The three currently under construction include:

  • Legacy (50 story, 691-foot tower with condo, hotel and wellness)
  • Miami World Tower (53 story, 579-foot tower with apartments)
  • Caoba phase 2 (40-story, 413-foot tower with apartments)

Also now under construction: an 11-story CitizenM hotel and multiple retail and entertainment buildings, a public square, and pedestrian promenades.

Three towers at Worldcenter have already been completed, including Paramount (2019), Caoba phase 1 (2019), and Bezel (2022)

At least eight more towers are now in planning at Worldcenter, including Witkoff (three towers), The Crosby, Miami World Tower phase 2, Abbhi Capital, One Worldcenter, and Kenect.

World center isn’t really a thing. The original concept was a true master plan with all parts totally integrated. In reality the whole project has been sold to individual developers and completely lack cohesion

And what does world center even mean… it’s rentals, airbnbs and one condo tower…

lol – such a cheese ball name you’re right – it means nothing. tacky

Concepts are just what they are, “concepts.” When the actual planning and construction takes place, that dictates how the actual project is going to look.

Miami residents ripped off…..again.

^ Um, what?

It kind of is though. The “Worldcenter” greater neighborhood will consist of retail, hospitality, entertainment, office space, FTX arena, Miami Central Station, etc. It’s in it’s infancy but the fully fleshed out neighborhood will absolutely be the epicenter of Miami, connecting the newer neighborhoods to the North (Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District) to Downtown and Brickell.

The more they build, the more a lot of things are going to look out of place and needs to go!

Actually that UHaul is super convenient for all the new residents moving in/out and having to transport their stuff.

Those people are using moving companies, not using a uhaul themselves

That and the data center!

That data center will never go anywhere. It’s one of the most important pieces of internet infrastructure in the world. It literally connects the internet from most of the Americas to Europe and beyond.

Wouldn’t consider this “world” center. More like just a couple of condos.

Guess south of the train tracks dont count, but natiivo is going to contribute to the foot traffic to this area, along with okan when that eventually gets built or sold to melo idk.

E11even is across the street from Legacy . I can be seen in the photos showing the construction of Legacy tower and adjacent U Haul. Although The Next Miami reported E11even as being under construction It is not.
I think that the second E11even tower will replace the U Haul building.
The telephone equipment building will likely be there for a long long time.
There are also 2 AT&T buildings on Miami Avenue (5th and 6th Street) that will also remain.

yes.. please stop calling it “World Center” Its comprised of mostly ugly box-like monoliths with little consideration to beauty or art

Are you serious? Multiple, large scale, multimillion-dollar public art installations are being installed literally as we speak. They have Frederick Akerlund, Friends With You, and more

Yes. Like the convention space at the Wynn, or Bellagio.

A large Resort Casino with a Convention Center in it… now that’s cool.

Anonymous

No, put it in Museum Park to take up some underutilized shade-less space. Build high-architecture towers around Freedom Tower, unlike most these boxes.
