Here’s How Walgreens Plans To Convert Ocean Drive Hotel Into A Store

Below the plans that Walgreens submitted to convert the historic Bon Air Hotel at 1060 Ocean Drive into a retail store.

Miami Beach’s Historic Preservation Board deferred approval at a meeting last month, but will review revised plans for the store in July. Walgreens’ proposed store must also get a separate approval for the size of the store at 5,925 square feet, exceeding code which only permits 1,350 square feet at that location.

The landlord is Jordache Enterprises.
