Developer Jules Trump has released renderings of some of the over-the-top amenities planned at Estates at Acqualina, a twin-tower condo project at 17901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles.
Residents will enjoy an ice skating rink, four-lane bowling alley, flowrider for surfers, basketball court, a pool with a slide, and a Wall Street traders club.
Unit prices range for $3.9 million to $40 million.
TNM first broke the news of the project in September. The project had originally been named Palazzo Di Acqualina and included 190 oversized units, in two towers built up to the maximum height permitted for Sunny Isles. Instead, it will now include up to 250 units in the combined towers (zoning permits 448 units). At the time, a representative for the developer said that they would not have title to the property, currently a time share, until November 2017.
