In North Miami Beach, The 32-Story Soleste Nomi Was Just Granted FAA Approval

A tall residential project has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration to be built in North Miami Beach.

Estate General Contractors filed just last week to build the 32-story Soleste NoMi at 16395 Biscayne Boulevard. Approval appears to have been granted in just six days.

Estate is building the Soleste Grand Central project in Overtown.

According to a Loopnet listing for the property, there are approved plans to build a 32-story tower with 480 residences and 504 parking spaces.

The Harbour, with twin 32-story towers, was recently completed next door.

Unless you’re going to spend your money to do better, then I suggest people like you give it a rest.

“Approval appears to have been granted in just six days”

Yeah.. why does any new proposal that’s under 500ft in North Miami Beach need to be reviewed by the FAA anyway?

This is just trash that is not going to age well. Boxy with Walmart finishes.

Could this be completed by 2023 or 2024?

The towers themselves are alright, but the parking garage bases look like prisons. TBH, if developers didn’t put so much lipstick on pigs, and leaders pushed for transit options like Coastal Link and Baylink, nobody would mind parking pedestals so much, and would be less anyway.

… and it’s certainly not as pretty as Sunny Isles Beach in my opinion.

There is basically no commonality between the two…there isn’t even a beach in North Miami Beach…

I’m convinced that most people on this site aren’t from or live in Miami
