German shipyard Lürssen launched the 312-foot MadSummer in a ceremony held today.
It is said to have been commissioned by Fontainebleau owner Jeff Soffer, who attended the launch.
The yacht was ordered at the Fort Lauderdale boat show in 2015, according to Superyacht Times.
A helicopter landing pad and hangar is included, as well as a swimming pool, beach club, and spa onboard. An upper deck has a fireplace and a skylight that is strong enough to walk across.
MadSummer is said to be valued at $180 million.
