MiamiCentral Set To Become Retail, Restaurant & Entertainment Hub (Updated)

Downtown Miami’s MiamiCentral is set to become a major retail, entertainment and restaurant destination, according to newly released marketing material.

The presentation, which is marketing office space at MiamiCentral, lists potential tenants such as Microsoft Store, Brooklyn Bowl, and a Michael Schwartz restaurant. Deals haven’t been finalized, but the brochure hints at what All Aboard Florida is aiming for with the project.

In addition to the retail and restaurant space, the first phase of the project will include 800 apartment units, along with several hundred thousand square feet of office space. It will also serve as a transit hub, with stations for Tri-rail and All Aboard Florida’s Brightline service.

Construction crews completed a large foundation pour over the weekend, with parts of the project now going vertical.

Update: Deals haven’t been finalized with any of the tenants listed below
