It’s Open: Residents Are Now Moving Into 464-Unit X Miami

X Miami is now complete.

The first residents in the 464-unit apartment tower moved in last week, according to the X Social Communities Instagram account.

Construction took about 25 months. Foundation work began in May 2016.

A grand opening celebration is planned for tomorrow, July 10, with the Swim X party, as part of Miami Swim Week.

Oh man I wish I was younger I would be moving there next month. All I would need would be minimal furniture, my swimming trunks, a healthy liver, and some antibiotics 😉

For the rich ones who parents sent them here to get credits before they go to UM or FIU.

My parents also sent me to the exclusive super expensive Miami Dade College so I could go to FIU with the rest of my super-rich friends from Little Havana.

Their fashion sucks and the building’s art is lackluster

Sounds more like you are upset that you are not one of them.
It’s ok to be happy for others.

Millennials = Youngest are 19, the oldest are 38.
And they are making enough money to live in a building like this. Good for them!

Welcome Back to the 1960’s

Diversity is a beautiful thing my friend. Now take your MAGA hat and go back to Mississippi.

Yep…such mentality (complaining about an interracial couple) is an embarrassment to those of us who just vote Republican for low taxes. That 1950s / Gilead mentality is horrible for the GOP’s brand image.
