Related Group’s sales are slower than 2015 but remain “very strong,” Jorge Perez told Commercial Observer.
At every Miami condo project with an active sales center, Related is selling an average of two to three units per week. At this time last year, the developer was selling about triple that, he said.
Although the market has slowed from last year, sales are still relatively strong, according to Perez.
Wynwood is “very hot” right now, Perez said. Brickell also continues to be hot, and anything on the water is also producing good results.
