Knight Frank: Miami Home Prices Increase Faster in 2Q 2016

Home prices in Miami increased faster in the second quarter of 2016 than in the first, according to the Knight Frank Prime Global Cities index.

Miami home prices were up 4.3% on a rolling 12-month basis during the quarter. That is a faster rate compared to the previous quarter.

Compared to other U.S. Cities such as New York (-0.5%) and Los Angeles (3.1%), Miami fared well.
