Komodo Restaurant And Lounge Will Serve Dinner In ‘Nests’ Suspended Above Brickell Avenue

You’ll soon be able to eat dinner while suspended 40-feet above Brickell Avenue in a nest.

Komdo Brickell, a restaurant and lounge scheduled to open next month at 801 Brickell Avenue, will include outdoor ‘Komodo Nests,’ which are already visible to passerby. A trademark for the term has been applied for.

When completed, Komodo will include 275 seats spread over three levels. A lounge will eventually open on the third floor.

David Grutman, founder of LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau, is a partner in the project, along with Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill.
