Panther Capital Management has bid for the Miami Riverside Center, one of two bids in response to an RFP (Adler Group put in a competing bid.)
Panther’s proposal calls for a purchase price of $58.6 million, with the building to be leased back to the city at about $25 per square foot triple net.
Panther is controlled by Jeff Krinsky, who is the president of the board of trustees at the Perez Art Museum.
