Kushner Applies To Install Two 500-Foot Tower Cranes At 2000 Biscayne, Beginning In November

Kushner Companies has applied to install two tower cranes to assist with vertical construction at 2000 Biscayne, after obtaining construction financing for the project.

According to the FAA application, the two cranes will rise 487 feet and 427 feet above sea level.

Construction and crane installation is estimated to begin on November 1, 2021, and last through the end of February 2023, the filing states.

The application was submitted to the FAA on September 16.

The permanent tower height is 36 stories, or 408 feet above ground.

Separately, Kushner obtained construction financing for $127 million from Valley National Bank, county records show. The financing was first reported by the SFBJ.

A construction permit has already been approved, with Balfour Beatty listed as the contractor.

The tower will include 393 rental apartments, 455 parking spaces, and 4,569 square feet of retail. Dorsky + Yue is the architect.

No! If Mana wants to land bank he should pay higher taxes on his properties. Mana is making money with this strategy while the residents of Miami has to tolerate his decaying properties.

I dont like Mana.
But he bought his land and should bear the rights and responsibility of that ownership.
The responsibility to pay property taxes and keep his property from harming the public.
The right to do whatever the f*** he wants.

Ever notice how all the corporate relocations to Florida that aren’t Latin American operations, tech or hedge fund oligarchs parking money, or a crappy failing sandwich chain, tend to be to purple-leaning-red areas like Jacksonville, Tampa, northern Palm Beach County, etc?

No, we have a blue invation from Silicon Valley, New York to get DeSantis (DiSaster) out of office in 2022.

I’d really like to hear someone cogently explain precisely how California and New York governance is better than what we’re getting in Florida. Really? You think Andrew Gillum or whoever the Dems put up would have produced better results for Florida?

California and New York has somewhat the same and a different economy than Florida.

You used the “blue invasion” argument for Florida turning blue in 2020, and ended up voting more red than 2016 and 2018.

Anonymous

Ahhh….Peter Theil, who bought an $18m house, relocated himself and his business, and is already funding Miami businesses through Founders Fund is clearly not “Blue”.
Theil spoke at the Republican National Convention.

It seems that some Conservative Thinkers, who have lived in Blue States, have had enough with policy that is bad for their business.

The Blue State “thinkers” use their feelings (and not their brains) to think. This is aggravating for a Conservative Thinkers.

DeSantis/Suarez/Galt are the men who have allowed the creators and brains buildto flourish here in our sunny S. Florida Gulch.

My cursory research shows that Michael Cohen went to jail for Taxi Cab Medallion fraud.
5 out of 5 of my Leftist friends dont know this, because they dont really think deeply.
Even my cursory work Is deeper than what my Leftist friends pass off as educated on a matter.

Some Leftists are so ill-informed that they confuse Michael Cohen with Michael Avenati. All they know is “Orange Man Bad”. Anyone who says anything bad about President Trump is my new hero.
And…let’s make sure that once Prisoners get out if jail, they can vote again.
It is logical and obvious that prisoners are great decision makers. Let’s allow them to affect the outcomes and future of our country.
