Kushner Will Break Ground On 150 Wynwood Apartments In Q1 2021, Followed By 1900 Biscayne

Kushner Cos. has revealed a construction schedule for their first Miami project.

A 150-unit apartment project will probably break ground in Wynwood in the first quarter of 2021, the developer told Bisnow.

The Wynwood project will also have a small amount of commercial space. It will be located at 127 Northwest 27th St. and 129 Northwest 26th St.

The developer will then break ground at 1900 Biscayne on a 36-story tower with 393 apartments, following groundbreaking at the Wynwood project. There will eventually be three towers there and at 2000 Biscayne with a total of 1,100 units.

A Kushner executive would not comment when asked if Jared Kushner would return to run the company. Jared and his wife Ivanka Trump recently purchased a property on Indian Creek Island.

The design looks more west Brickell than it does Wynwood. Completely disregards it’s moving into an arts & entertainment district. I mean look who’s fucking building it 😂

What arts are you referring to?

So those painted buildings in Wynwood don’t remind you of them?

Still looks better than anything Related built in Wynwood, considering Kusher’s projects up north tend to be monstrosities.

Did he ever try to make an attempt while president to make good on his threat? I think it was ridiculous when he said it and I consider it ridiculous now with the Democrats. Our republic is a nation of laws and we should not continue the banana republic rhetoric of criminalizing our political opponents. Whether it’s #Lockherup or #notmypresident we NEED to move on.

The Republicans need to learn what that saying “If you live in glass house, don’t throw stones” mean. I heard and saw Sean Hannity on the Hannity and Combs Show say this about then president Obama “He’s not my president.”

“Did he ever try to make an attempt while president to make good on his threat?”

Trump couldn’t, he was talking about Bengazhi, something the Republicans did about ten investigations into and could not indict Hillary for anything years before Trump became president.

Now, you can move on.

Trump literally just called Biden a “fake president” on twitter over the weekend. So I guess we aren’t moving on.

Well I wonder if he just pardoned “Fake Criminals” also?
