Russian developer Vladislav Doronin could be getting a small gift from the city of Miami.
The city commission is scheduled to vote today on converting part of Southeast 25th Road into a play area, maintained by the city’s parks and recreation department.
The new park sits along the bay, directly next to a condo tower planned by Doronin’s OKO Group at 175 Southeast 25th Road.
OKO is planning a 48-story condo tower on the site. An application with the FAA to build the tower at 613 feet moved to interim status this week.
