CK Prive group is planning a mixed-use project at the intersection of Biscayne Boulevard and 163rd Street in North Miami Beach.
Plans call for:
- 198 apartment units
- 160 hotel rooms
- 130,000 square feet of leasable office
- 200,000 square feet of retail
- 1,400 parking spaces
The project will be built in phases. Retail leases are expected to fetch $50 to $70 per foot.
