Downtown Miami’s millennial-targeted apartment building, X Miami, is getting closer to opening.
The 464-unit rental tower will be ready for move in this summer.

It should say this building is boring.
At least it’s only a temporary sign. I’ve been contacting the city over graffiti on signs and utilities for years, but to no avail. What’s the point in having all this sparking new development when streets look as ghetto as ever. It tells you a lot about mindsets over infrastructure and maintenance.
He was referring to the “art” inside the building lol… even though it looks pretty cool.

Its a rental and most of the apartments will still be rented out by foreigners for their kids could be in miami. I would like to see more blue, tan and multicolored buildings.
I have no idea why my comment was deleted. All I said was this is a nice building if it’s a filler, and hope PMG starts 300 Biscayne.
