Lil Wayne Reduces Price Of La Gorce Island Home After Swatting Incidents

Lil Wayne hasn’t been able to find a buyer for his La Gorce Island home since listing it last year. Now, he has reduced the price and will be moving out regardless.

MLS records show that the rapper’s home is now listed for just $12 million – slightly higher than the $11.6 million he paid in 2006. The home has been on the market for 530 days, and was originally listed for $18 million.

The rapper is reportedly upset about “swatting” incidents, where pranksters file a false crime report with police, sending them swarming to the home. The most recent occurred last week, with Lil Wayne said to handcuffed in his own home, TMZ is reporting.
