will this still have a rooftop basketball court?

Savy man

Another shooting today in South Beach. The city needs to get cleaned up, the thugs have been taking over the place.

the circle of gentrification
Sobe 70and early eighties was crime ridden and drug everywhere

THE gays came and created the great night life and the fashion district and the properties values went up and was safe to be on the street at any time and there were no hoochie-mamas on 14 and Washington

The nineties and early 2000 some was great and no crime, even when there were events with thousand of people ( excuse they use to justify thug violence on urban weekend) the white larry, the winter party , the fashion week they brought large crowds and no violence and no need to expend extra tax payer money for extra police in the area …. good old times!!

Then the demografics changed
The gay left for fortlauderdale
The hip hop culture took over
The corporates America was the only one that could afford the rent, increased by griddines of owners, turning cozy and friendly Lincoln Mall in to a regular American Mall
The the hip hop musicians took over the clubs….
And now ……
Sobe is almost every week on Chanel 7 news that only specialize in reporting crime!!!
Hope that doesn’t happen to brickell

Is this a Nike Town?

Nothing inspiring about this architecture. Only beautiful enough to last until its torn down in 10-15 years for some other average bookend to Lincoln Rd. I’ll miss the old Mediterranean-Revival facade of the McAllister Building that stood on this spot for 3 generations.

I thought this would be open in time for the holiday season….does anybody know the opening date?

Hopefully they have alot of security because we all know the welfare babies love their “kicks”.

The people in denial of who commits the majority of the crime are disliking my comment, poor sheep.
