Lower Level Curves Now Visible At 80-Story Cipriani Tower In Brickell

Brickell’s 80-story Cipriani Residences Tower is continuing to take shape, new photos show.

Cipriani is expected to become the tallest tower in Brickell when it tops off (there are other Brickell buildings planned to rise even taller, but they are not yet under construction).

The Cipriani tower is planned to reach a near-supertall height of 940 feet above ground, or 950 feet feet above sea level.

Two cranes that are in place for construction will eventually reach heights of 980 feet and 1000 feet above ground.

Cipriani Residences will include 397 luxury condos when it opens, in a tower designed by Arquitectonica.

Completion of Cipriani Residences is planned in 2028.

Mast Capital is the developer.

Does anyone know if those are liner units in the podium? I can see the parking structure, but they have that dead space buffer area…very odd to see wasted space like that and not add liner office/units.

Maybe they could have done deeded office suites like One Twenty is doing in brickell

Pretty sure it’s just parking and they added people in there to make it look more activated for the render

“Lower level curves now visible” just to ensure this tower wasn’t VE’d.

Love the design and that it is so close to all the new development along 2nd Avenue in Brickell and Simpson Park.

I mean I’ll take the downvotes – but honestly this building looks just like Lofty/the Standard, 5 Park, Miami River Bridge, etc etc

And not even with some nice views as this tower will be blocked by all the other new towers in construction further east….. south facing units will be blocked by the other 2 buildings soon to start construction….. WHO??! in the world would have bought in this building…. Cipriani is okay but its not anything special.
