Luma Miami Worldcenter Tower Continues Its Rise To 43 Stories, With Multiple Levels Of Retail Also Under Construction

Two major components of Miami Worldcenter continue to rise in downtown Miami.

Luma, a 43-story apartment tower, is now well out of the ground, new photos show. It will eventually reach a height of 493 feet above ground.

Also under construction are two levels of food, beverage and retail space along with a 922 space parking garage. The project is known as Miami Worldcenter’s Block H, and will include a total of 48,000 square feet of commercial space.

Luma will include 434 apartments that the developers promise will be luxury units.

Zom Living and The Moinian Group are the developer of Luma.

Stantec is the architect for Luma.

Completion is expected in 2021.

Is now a good time to bring up Miami needing a Gentings World Resort Casino? Or the fact that Miami is Winning!!!?

Nah… forget a “World Resort Casino,” they’ll just rely on a Ferris Wheel and another museum to pacify the grownups.

STOP with the nastiness of Genting! They raped the rain forests of Borneo for their palm oil.
Get a clue!
