Downtown 56 LLC has applied for approval with Miami’s Planning Department for a warrant that would allow M-Tower to be built.
The application was submitted yesterday, January 17. Approval cannot be granted before February 9 under zoning law.
If approved, the 53-story would rise 629 feet atop a Miami Parking Authority garage.
The tower is proposed to include 440 residential units, along with parking, and a small amount of office and retail.
Zyscovich is the architect.
