Set your calendar: Moishe Mana is promising to begin building soon.
Mana will begin construction on unspecified buildings in Wynwood “in the next three months” to show that he actually means business, he told the Herald.
Completion won’t come quickly however, with full buildout of his Wynwood complex to take a decade or two.
Mana is now seeking investors for his Wynwood project, where he plans a showroom for Chinese and Latin Americans to sell to each other.
He has also purchased many properties in the Flagler Street area, which he hopes can become a tech hub. Mana has been pushing the city to switch to a cobblestone or paver look for the street to give it more of a neighborhood feel.
Just this week, Mana completed the purchase of a 15,000 square foot surface parking lot at 151 N.E. 1st Street for $9.27 million.
In total, Mana has spent over $350 million on Miami real estate.
