Moishe Mana and Luxury Brand Partners are preparing to begin construction on a 244,000-square-foot beauty center in Wynwood.
The nine-story project will be a hub catering to hair stylists, makeup artists, designers and others in Miami’s beauty industry. It will include retail, restaurant, bars, showrooms, office space and an auditorium, along with an 84-room hotel.
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board will review the beauty center later this month, which is being designed by Berenblum Busch Architecture. Construction is expected to begin in January.
Mana also said last month that he will soon submit plans for several other buildings on his Wynwood property, according to Miami Today. They will include:
- Asian-Latin American Trade Center with a showroom, exhibition halls, retail, and light manufacturing. Preliminary plans call for it to be built in three phases over five to six years.
- Mana Museum/Contemporary Art Center in partnership with an unnamed local nonprofit. An interactive museum, which would allow visitors to both watch artists work and purchase their work. Construction could begin within a year.
