Mana Buys Again On Flagler Street, This Time For $12.9M

Moishe Mana has bought another property in downtown Miami.

Mana latest purchase cost $12.9 million, for a building at 201 East Flagler Street, according to The Real Deal.

In total, Mana has now spent close to $285 million on land in downtown Miami.

The two-story building is on the opposite corner of the Olympia Theater, and includes 29,000-square-feet of retail and office on a 14,520-square-foot lot.

Adjacent to the property is Flagler City Center, a development site listed for $125 million (which is not owned by Mana).

Yet another acquisition from the one person who keeps Downtown Miami from developing into something better. I still remember that ridiculous video he came up with in 2015 when he promised he would transform this area. Here we are now and he hasn’t done jack! If the Melos had acquired all this land 3 years I guarantee you this area would be buzzing with new residents and walking traffic. Just flip this land to real developers and please go away.

I’m happy everyone in this board is calling him out for what he is. The emperor has no clothes – just lies!

He should change his last name to mañana, since everything seems to always come tomorrow!!

Yeah… at the expense of Downtown. Mana is a piece of trash. Any developer and I do mean any other, would be better!

The cbd looks empty and abandoned because he does nothing with his buildings. It is truly a sad sight.

It should be included in redevelopment of the entire block. I can’t think of any other block in Downtown Miami so underutilized which isn’t a parking lot.

That’s Mana’s point I think. Cheers

Too many sleazy landlords

Mana is joining a long list of sleazy slumlords Downtown. Buy and hold hold hold. The Rok family and the owners of Bayside Marketplace never renovate either.

He is just waiting for the Flagler street renovations to be completed. Once that is done he is going to start redeveloping/upgrading most of those properties. IMO
