All 72 units at The Mansions at Acqualina have been sold, the developer told The Real Deal.
Prices at the 47-story tower started at $8.4 million and went up to $55 million. About 60% of buyers have come from the U.S. or Canada, the developer said.
Completion of the tower is scheduled for July. The developer then plans to break ground on a new project next door, The Estates at Acqualina, sometime next year. So far, 50 units have been sold in what will eventually be a twin-tower, 264-unit project.
Buyers at the Acqualina projects have done well. The first tower was delivered in 2006 at prices that started at $389 per square foot. Today, some units have reached prices of nearly $1,500 per square foot.
