Melo Group is delaying a replat of property they own in Edgewater.
The developer owns about four acres of land between Northeast 23 Street to Northeast 24 Street, stretching from the bay several blocks inland.
There are currently single family homes and apartments on the land, which would likely be demolished to make way for condos.
Miami’s Plat and Street Committee was scheduled to review the new plat at a meeting on March 2, but the developer withdrew consideration.
