Miami Now Ranks As One Of World’s Top 20 Cities By Real Estate Investment Volume

Miami ranked as one of the top 20 cities in the world by real estate investment volume over the past year, according to a new report by Cushman & Wakefield.

With 25% growth in investment during the year, Miami beat out cities such as Toronto, Singapore, Moscow and Seoul for a top 20 spot.

The report excludes investment in development sites, which likely would have put Miami at a much higher ranking.

Seattle has a very healthy regional economy based on productive, tradeable firms. Maybe the best in the U.S. Toronto has had a ton of activity in the past 10 years that was not disrupted by the recession. They are in for a slow down.
