Miami World Tower Tops Off At 53 Stories

Miami World Tower has officially topped off, according to Nichols Architects.

A ceremony was held on July 14, Nichols wrote.

Miami World Tower is now the second tallest rental apartment tower in the city. Only Panorama Tower in Brickell is taller.

Pre-development plans showed that the apartment tower was to have 53 stories. The top off height was planned at 579 feet above ground, or 590 feet above sea level.

Miami World Tower 1 is planned to include:

  • 565 apartments
  • 3,000 square feet of full service restaurant
  • 401 parking spaces

To the west, another tower is likely on land that is currently used as a staging area.

Nichols is the architect.

Lalezarian is the developer.

There’s really no need for jealousy when there’s a positive development happening in downtown. It’s great to see efforts being made to clean up the area and make it more appealing for visitors. However, it feels like Park West hasn’t fully realized its potential as an actual place yet. It’s simply a downtown CBD location undergoing upgrades and improvements.

Park West is a euphemism for a few buildings on the bay in the CBD Downtown

I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the renderings but it’s turning out much better than expected. A nice surprise!

Really enjoying how downtown area is picking up. Can’t wait until people move in and there is actually life after work hours.

I’ve seen better looking towers that have become Airbnb hellholes, and this will be no exception.

Much nicer than the Camillus House that was there for decades…

I bet the property value for the federal prison has sky rocketed. Who thought this was a good spot for a prison?

You understand Camillus House serves the homeless and needy, correct?

Agree, I think designs with cliche shapes are tacky.
