The massive mixed-use project with two towers planned at Miami Worldcenter’s Block A is now ready for a hearing before the Urban Development Review Board.
The towers are proposed to rise 59 stories (643 feet above ground, or 655 feet above sea level) and 33 stories (453 feet above ground, or 465 feet above sea level).
The combined towers are proposed to include:
- 558 residential units (in the 59-story north tower)
- 368,362 square feet of office (in the 33-story south tower)
- 7,109 square foot ground floor restaurant
- 1,319 vehicle parking spaces in an 11-story podium, partially lined with residential

The UDRB hearing is scheduled for September 20.
