Downtown Miami is entering a new area of super luxury and supertall buildings. the era of stucco boxes is becoming a thing of the past

Love the design. I’m so impressed with what developers can do right next to a highway. Now let’s do it along the Miami River, more nice buildings the better!

It’s pretty clear on the map that the building that will be built to the north of this will be next to i395 – this building isn’t

All you have to do is light up the the 95 bridge and add some details and it’ll look better than the “suspension” bridge over land.

Love the design, Downtown is rising! Great to see better architecture moving west

This could potentially become one of the most aesthetically pleasing buildings in Miami, reminiscent of the Hadid building in NYC. I hope to witness more architectural marvels like this emerging in the Brickell area, too. Incredible work!

Let’s hope so! Just have to move the developer’s interest to the part of 11th street that is West of the Brightline tracks. Lord knows I’m the only one renovating garden style buildings over there.

I love that they included the surrounding planned developments in the renderings as well like E11even. Its really amazing to see the broader view of MWC taking off into the the future 🚀

They tried, but in reality the E11even Residences is actually wedged between Club Space & the building that houses The Corner Bar…why bother including if they’re not actually accurate?

I really hope more designs along the river and Brickell get replanned to look like this (Domus Flats and Empire Brickell)

Another Nice and different tower. amazing!
And the plans say the black fins are actually metal clad and not black stucco.
We will see if that survives all the way to actual construction but would be truly amazing if it did!
Not mentioned in the article but in the plans, it shows the Office Building as a Phase 2.

These are pictures. Look at reality and where the “crown” dolce building is going . Listen brickell and Downtown are morning without each other and the Miami River is the focal point bc its center.

Anon

The Paramount, 1000M, and Legacy gives more Dubai vibes then anything in Brickell tbh
